The Civic Leadership Institute maintains a curated roster of practitioners known as CLI Companions. These are professionals who provide specialised services that help civic organisations strengthen their institutional architecture.

Companions work in areas such as governance, monitoring and evaluation, strategy development, organisational sustainability, and leadership development.

All Companions complete a certification programme on the Pedagogy of Leadership Accompaniment and the Seven Shifts of Civic Leadership Reimagine, and sign the CLI Pact of Companionship.
