The Civic Leadership Academy is a 12-week leadership accompaniment programme for leaders serving their communities.
Through reflective learning, peer dialogue, and community building, the programme accompanies civic leaders navigating the complex realities of leadership in the action zone.
Each cohort admits only nine leaders, ensuring deep reflection, trust, and meaningful leadership accompaniment.
Graduates join the growing CLI community of Civic Architects.
