Participants begin with a structured reflection process exploring their leadership journey, organisational context, and institutional challenges.

Phase 2

Virtual Leadership Accelerator

Facilitated sessions exploring civic leadership practice, institutional resilience, governance, and strategy.

Phase 3

Residential Retreat

An immersive retreat designed to deepen reflection, strengthen peer learning, and build lasting relationships among civic leaders.

Phase 4

Post-Retreat Accompaniment

Participants continue their leadership journey through ongoing support, reflection, and engagement within the CLI community.
