The Civic Leadership Institute (CLI) invites nominations for the Second Civic Leadership Academy, a 12 week leadership accompaniment programme for leaders serving our communities.
The Civic Leadership Academy brings together a select group of civic leaders to co-create a unique learning space for leadership growth, impact and influence. It is designed for leaders who are ready to strengthen their leadership practice, deepen their institutional impact, and journey in community with other leaders committed to service.
The programme will run from Wednesday, 9 September 2026 to Friday, 27 November 2026 and includes:
As with the inaugural Academy, the programme reaches its summit in the Residential Retreat, where leaders gather for a series of activities aimed at laying a solid foundation for the transformation they are ready to lead in their organisations and communities. The journey does not end there. After the retreat, participants continue to receive accompaniment and access to specialised resources designed to support their unique leadership journey.
In bringing together a distinguished cohort of leaders, the Academy seeks to build a special community of trailblazers, ready to support one another and forge authentic connections that help the whole group to succeed.
